Public Offer Agreement

• Otvetim service — a software service (SaaS) for automating customer conversations in Instagram Direct, Telegram, the web widget, and e-mail.
• Subscription — the right to access the Service for the paid period under the selected plan.
• Credits — accounting units consumed when processing messages; purchased as part of a plan or as separate packages.
• Plan — the composition and cost of access published on the pricing page of otvetim.by.

The Provider grants the Customer access to the Otvetim service on a subscription basis, and the Customer pays for it on the terms of the selected plan. The composition of plans and their cost are published at otvetim.by.

The Provider may unilaterally change the composition and cost of plans; such changes do not apply to periods already paid for.

The cost is stated in Belarusian rubles (BYN) and includes all applicable taxes. Payment is made as 100% prepayment via the bePaid payment system (bank card, Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay) or via the «Raschet» system (ERIP).

The subscription is activated automatically upon receipt of payment and is valid for the paid period. Payment rules and payment security are described on the «Payment Rules» page.

The Provider undertakes to ensure access to the Service and its operability subject to clause 8. The Customer undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the terms of use, not to violate the law or the rights of third parties, and to be responsible for the content of its knowledge base, prices, and connected channels.

Access to the Service is provided electronically immediately after payment — no separate acceptance is required. The Service operates in self-service mode through the personal account. Support is provided by e-mail during the Provider’s working hours.

The Customer may withdraw from a paid subscription and request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the paid period is unused and the package credits are not consumed. The terms and procedure for refunds are described on the «Cancellation & Refund» page.

The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the period in which the grounds for liability arose.

The Service’s automated replies are of an auxiliary nature; control over the correctness of communication with end users remains with the Customer.

The processing of personal data and information on data storage and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. The Provider does not disclose the Customer’s confidential information to third parties without its consent, except in cases provided for by law.

The agreement is valid from the moment of acceptance until the use of the Service ceases. The Provider may change the terms of the offer by publishing a new version on the site; the version in effect at the time of payment applies to periods already paid for.
