1. Right to withdraw
You may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the paid period is unused and the credits of the purchased package are not consumed.
2. How to request a refund
- Write to hello@avalaunch-soft.by with the subject «Refund», specifying the order number (or account e-mail) and the reason.
- We will confirm receipt within one business day.
- The refund is made to the same card or account from which the payment was made.
- The crediting period is 1 to 30 days depending on the issuing bank.
3. Refund conditions
The refund is made to the same card or account from which the payment was made. Bank transfer fees are not withheld. If part of the paid period has already been used or part of the package credits has been consumed, the unused portion is refundable less what was actually consumed.
4. When a refund is not possible
The cost of an already-used subscription period and consumed credits is non-refundable. A fully used paid period is non-refundable.
